ServiceNow Project Manager
Time period- 6 months to 12 months
Location-France (preferred Paris)
Technical Competency
Experience as a Project Manager
Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations
Familiarity with the ITIL Framework Sound business acumen, and ability to communicate in a timely and professional manner with employees at all levels of organizations
Experience developing Project Charters and MS Project Plans;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail, and strong customer-facing skills;
Ability to analyze problems with a flexible and creative approach, manage complex tasks and adapt to rapidly changing requirements;
ServiceNow PPM experience a plus
Strong work experience and associated for projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and Implementations
Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
Resource management- Responsible for resource scheduling, burned hours management & reporting, and performance management of all resources assigned to the engagement. This includes working with other PMs to ensure proper scheduling of resources, as well as ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards.
Client relationship management- Act as the direct link between the Client and TCS during the delivery of a project. Project Managers are expected to communicate in a timely fashion, using the appropriate medium in a professional manner.

Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives).
Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
Knowledge on new servicenow modules ( HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, ITBM, Etc..)
PMP/Prince2or project management Certification
