As CRM IT Project Manager, you are responsible for building and supporting the IT Solutions covering the needs of the CRM domain, encompassing client activation, client engagement, client service and client data.


Responsibilities :


  • Work with global business teams to evaluate new requirements: qualify requests, assess feasibility, deliver effort estimates, identify constraints and dependencies. Participate in business roadmap prioritization
  • Translate business requirements into user requirements and user stories
  • Work with developers, architects, and technical leaders to design technical solutions
  • Manage the whole project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management and incidents
  • Organize daily agile activities with the development team; follow the developments and organize the release planning
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (domain managers, software vendors…)
  • Deliver projects on time, at the expected level of quality and within budget
  • Participate in the definition of our platforms technical roadmap based on the Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices


Skills & Experience :


  • 5+ years experience with CRM IT project management
  • Experience developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, functional and technical requirements
  • Strong IT and digital technical knowledge, including Salesforce, integrations (with and without middleware), data/SQL, web technologies, iOS apps
  • Experience with the Salesforce suite (certifications are a plus): Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Experience of Unique Customer Referential (UCR) concepts and implementation is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Cloud data platform (Bigquery, Dataform) is a plus
  • Experience with MuleSoft and Talend is a plus
  • Excellent English
  • Superior analytical and communication skills
  • Academic background: Master of Engineering or Computer Science


This position reports to the CRM IT Lead.

En tant que CRM IT Project Manager, vous êtes responsable de l'élaboration et du soutien des solutions informatiques couvrant les besoins du domaine CRM, à savoir l'activation des clients, l'engagement des clients, le service à la clientèle et les données relatives aux clients.


Missions :


  • Travailler avec les équipes commerciales internationales pour évaluer les nouveaux besoins : qualifier les demandes, évaluer la faisabilité, fournir des estimations d'effort, identifier les contraintes et les dépendances. Participer à l'établissement des priorités de la feuille de route de l'entreprise
  • Traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en besoins de l'utilisateur et en récits de l'utilisateur.
  • Travailler avec les développeurs, les architectes et les responsables techniques pour concevoir des solutions techniques
  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, y compris la planification, la conception, la documentation, les tests, le déploiement, la communication, le reporting, la gestion du changement et les incidents
  • Organiser les activités agiles quotidiennes avec l'équipe de développement ; suivre les développements et organiser la planification des versions
  • Assurer la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes (responsables de domaine, fournisseurs de logiciels)
  • Livrer les projets dans les délais, au niveau de qualité attendu et dans le respect du budget.
  • Participer à la définition de la roadmap technique de nos plateformes en se basant sur la roadmap produit de Salesforce et sur les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie


Compétences et expériences :


  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets informatiques CRM
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration de plans de projet, de diagrammes de processus, de cas d'utilisation, d'exigences fonctionnelles et techniques
  • Solides connaissances techniques informatiques et numériques, y compris Salesforce, intégrations (avec et sans middleware), données/SQL, technologies web, applications iOS
  • Expérience de la suite Salesforce (les certifications sont un plus) : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Une expérience des concepts et de la mise en œuvre du référentiel client unique (UCR) est un plus
  • Expérience avec la plateforme de données Google Cloud (Bigquery, Dataform) est un plus
  • Une expérience avec MuleSoft et Talend est un plus
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais
  • Compétences analytiques et de communication supérieures
  • Formation académique : Master en ingénierie ou en informatique
