Freelance Program Manager for IS cloud hosting services Technical Coordinator

14 June 2024 till end December 2025 - full remote, ideally located near Lyon (France)


You will integrate a worldwide team reporting directly to the Infrastructure Design & Build manager. The Infrastructure & Workplace Technical Coordinator’s role is to participate in the planning, coordination related to the integration of applications and technologies within the organisation's application integration environment.


Process & tooling

  • Responsible for the quality, added value and coherence
  • Ensures the interface with partners and other client teams / project owner
  • Finalisation of client's processes and usage of solutions such as Labs, Sandboxes, internal process
  • Organise presentation and approvals of design documentations
  • Follow up with Service Providers on delivery of the designed architectures
  • Ensure smooth transition to run


PMO Capabilities

  • Elaborate supports and minutes for weekly meetings
  • Ensures documentation collection and knowledge management within the shared drive
  • Finalise the documents templates for the team
  • Ensure the good usage, optimisation and appropriation of the Jira board
  • Assist the leadership team in the animation of the team


Personal Attributes

Good spoken and written English

Good spoken and written French is a plus

Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills

Customer orientation, collaborative, proactive, team-player, agile

Outstanding writing and documentation skills (English).

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Able to conduct research into application integration issues and products.

Ability to troubleshoot interfaces.

Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Based near Lyon is a plus.
