Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un IS cloud hosting services Technical Coordinator (H/F) à Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.

Contexte:
Fonctionnement : sur site à Lyon + Télétravail

Les missions attendues par le IS cloud hosting services Technical Coordinator (H/F):
Vous intégrerez une équipe internationale qui rendra compte directement au responsable de la conception et de la construction de l’infrastructure.

Processus et outils:

- Responsable de la qualité, de la valeur ajoutée et de la cohérence.
- Assure l’interface avec les partenaires et les autres équipes / maître d’ouvrage.
- Finalisation des processus du client et de l’utilisation des solutions telles que Labs, Sandboxes, processus interne.
- Organiser la présentation et les approbations des documentations de conception.
- Assurer le suivi avec les fournisseurs de services sur la livraison des architectures conçues.
- Assurer une transition sans heurts vers l’exploitation des capacités du PMO.
- Élaborer des supports et des procès-verbaux pour les réunions hebdomadaires.
- Assurer la collecte de la documentation et la gestion des connaissances au sein du lecteur partagé.
- Finaliser les modèles de documents pour l’équipe.
- Assurer le bon usage, l’optimisation et l’appropriation du tableau Jira.
- Assister l’équipe de direction dans l’animation de l’équipe Attributs personnels.
- Bon anglais parlé et écrit
- Un bon français parlé et écrit est un plus
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et interpersonnelle.
- Orientation client, collaboration, proactivité, esprit d’équipe, agilité.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de rédaction et de documentation (anglais).
- Capacité à communiquer des idées dans un langage à la fois technique et convivial.
- Capacité à dépanner les interfaces.
- Capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
