Directeur Business Development AIRBUS H/F
En lien avec le Directeur des Opérations commerciales et des membres du COMEX, votre connaissance du Groupe AIRBUS et de ses filiales vous permettra d’assurer une présence accrue auprès des hauts responsables.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
Définir et déployer le Business Plan AIRBUS (1 à 3 ans) stratégique et opérationnelle du Groupe sur l’ensemble des activités
Rencontrer les interlocuteurs stratégiques AIRBUS, présenter les offres du Groupe et détecter les opportunités, en lien avec les Directeurs Business en interne : plan de lobbying à haut niveau auprès des interlocuteurs stratégiques : identification des CxO à rencontrer, prise de rendez-vous et accompagnement des Directeurs Groupe).
Animer interface avec les Directeurs Business Line/membres du COMEX dans l’objectif de garantir les ambitions de développement (CA, clients) et de mettre en place les moyens nécessaires pour les atteindre.
Capitaliser et valoriser la proposition de valeur globale du Groupe en amplifiant les savoir-faire et potentiels des métiers du Groupe sur l’ensemble des Géographies / Secteurs adressés.
Globaliser les meilleures pratiques en termes de stratégie de développement commerciale par géographie et par secteur d’activité.
Le poste concernant des projets transnationaux, vous serez en relation régulières avec nos différentes implantations à l’international.
PROFIL :
Vous êtes diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur, idéalement spécialisée en Aéronautique et vous justifiez d’une première expérience dans ce secteur en front business et avant-vente stratégique. Vos expériences ou votre profil font ressortir une excellente maîtrise des démarches business développement.
Votre expérience vous a pourvu d’une très bonne connaissance et expertise des enjeux du Groupe AIRBUS.
Vous justifiez d’un très bon niveau d’anglais, tant oral qu’écrit. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à organiser vos actions, votre intelligence relationnelle pour intervenir en mode transverse en interne comme en externe. Vos qualités d’anticipation et d’analyse vous permettront d’intégrer et accompagner notre équipe vers le succès.
Une expérience en cabinet de conseil (management ou stratégique) sera fortement valorisée dans votre candidature.
