About the Role:
You are responsible for identifying and implementing strategic projects aimed at structuring the Group's commercial excellence. In particular, you are responsible for setting up new frameworks aimed at increasing the saturation of our existing distribution network, accelerating the diversification of our product portfolio and offering, tackling new/future channels and acquiring expertise in distribution in general.
Responsibilities:
- Set the standards for a commercial excellence
- Propose new segments and/or channels to be addressed
- Identify & implement sales optimization value-added projects group-wide
- Map the market structure and identify new/future distribution channels and partners
- Support building the foundations for entering into agreements with potential cooperation partners
- Undertake the segmentation of our customer-base according to specific criteria’s
- Set up measurement tools to analyze/evaluate the performance of our current distribution
- Define specific processes & tools to gain efficiency in dealing with Global/Transversal Accounts
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, products, leading to revenue and profitability increase
- Build frameworks of new trade activities, dealers incentives programs, sell-out campaigns
- Propose adjustments to be made to the CRM to support a closer-to-market approach
- Accompany the Business Units in the building of B2B development programs
- Develop the company’s selling/value propositions and USP’s/differentiators
- Set up knowledge database of market know-how, competition, agreements, etc.
- Implement and follow Customer Satisfaction Survey and NPS score
- Coordinate global project planning activities
- Manage and coordinate all works on international projects
Qualifications:
Experience in international project management
Required Skills:
- Proven negotiation skills
- +3 years’ experience in the automotive or the oil/lubricants industry
- Drive for Results
- SAP and/or QlikSense: Knowledge
- English: Proficiency mandatory
- Local Language (to be specified)
- French: Proficiency
