Missions :
- Mentoring et Encadrement Technique : Encadrer et former techniquement les autres membres de l'équipe (Data Engineers, Dev Data et Customer Data Manager) et les accompagner dans le développement de leurs compétences.
- Conception, Architecture et Documentation de la Plateforme Data : Concevoir, développer et améliorer l'architecture de la plateforme data pour assurer scalabilité, performance et sécurité. Collaborer avec les équipes software engineering pour faciliter l'ingestion des données et garantir leur qualité. S'assurer que l'ensemble de ces éléments soit correctement documenté.
- Développement et Optimisation de Pipelines de Données : Créer, maintenir et optimiser les pipelines d'ingestion et de transformation des données.
- Gestion de l'Infrastructure sur GCP : Superviser, optimiser et sécuriser l'infrastructure de la plateforme data sur Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Innovation et Veille Technologique : Se tenir informé des nouvelles technologies et tendances pour proposer des améliorations et innover au sein de l'équipe.
Hard Skills
