The firm specialises in mid-market transactions and offers services in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, restructuring, and valuations. Known for its collaborative culture and deep sector expertise, the firm supports clients ranging from private equity sponsors to privately held and publicly traded companies.Position OverviewThe Vice President will be a key member of the Capital Advisory team, responsible for leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior professionals. The role offers exposure to a wide range of financing and restructuring mandates across diverse industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of debt advisory and restructuring transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and process management.Serve as the primary contact for clients, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.Develop and review financial models, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.Support business development efforts, including pitch preparation and market outreach.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities in the French and broader European markets.Qualifications6-8 years of experience in capital advisory, restructuring, leveraged finance, or investment banking.Strong technical skills in financial modeling and transaction analysis.Proven track record of managing complex transactions and leading deal teams.Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.What's OfferedA dynamic and inclusive work environment with opportunities for advancement.Exposure to high-impact transactions across multiple sectors and geographies.Competitive compensation and benefits.A collaborative culture that values innovation, integrity, and excellence.
