This role ensures consistency in stock processes, supports Retail teams, and upholds operational excellence across all back-of-house environments. You will act as the senior point of contact for stock control in Paris and play a key part in inventory accuracy, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Stock Operations & Control Oversee daily stock control across all Paris boutiques and warehouse.Support teams with weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies quickly.Ensure monthly stock takes are completed, reconciled, and reported accurately.Maintain high stockroom standards, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines.Monitor and optimise stock levels to maximise stockroom capacity.Stock Handling Manage deliveries, transfers, consolidations, and seasonal stockroom reorganisations.Oversee faulty, damaged, odd, and repair stock across all Paris locations.Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock processes are efficient and aligned with company standards.Leadership & Training Lead, coach, and develop Stock Managers and Stock Controllers across multiple sites.Support boutiques during staff absences to ensure continuity of operations.Drive onboarding, training, and the continuous improvement of stockroom practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong relationships with Retail, Logistics, and Head Office teams.Communicate stock concerns and operational issues proactively.Provide occasional support to other European boutiques when required.Events & Loss Prevention Support operational planning for brand activations, events, and sample sales.Implement store-level measures to reduce stock loss and ensure compliance.Qualifications:Experience & Technical Skills Previous experience in luxury or premium retail stock management.Strong knowledge of stock control processes and inventory systems.Proficient in Excel and stock management software.Fluent in French and English.Skills & Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines.Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams.High integrity, professionalism, and accountability.Why This Role MattersThis is a key operational leadership role within the Paris retail network.
