Mission
La succursale française de Candriam est basée à Paris et emploie 230 collaborateurs.
L'équipe RH locale est composée de 3 personnes.
Nous recherchons un/une Junior HR Officer en alternance dont le rôle sera de contribuer activement aux missions de l'équipe.
Responsabilité
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Accompagnement administratif : Vous serez responsable de diverses tâches administratives essentielles telles que la gestion des attestations, la mise à jour des templates, le suivi des visites médicales, et la coordination des Déclarations Préalables à l'Embauche (DPAE).
- Coordination avec la DRH France : Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines France sur les "temps forts RH et l'organisation de réunions importantes, telles que la campagne des entretiens professionnels et les rencontres des nouveaux arrivants.
- Relations sociales : Vous assurerez le suivi des publications des ordres du jour et procès-verbaux des réunions du Comité Social et Économique (CSE), ainsi que la mise en place du calendrier des réunions. Vous serez également en charge de soutenir notre équipe sur les déclarations téléaccord.
- Gestion de la formation : Vous serez responsable de la gestion du processus de formation, de l'inscription des collaborateurs au suivi administratif, en passant par la mise à jour de la base de données. Vous apporterez également votre soutien à l'établissement du bilan de formation et du plan de développement des compétences.
- Événements et communications internes : Vous collaborerez étroitement avec notre équipe pour assurer le succès de nos événements internes tels que la fête de fin d'année, les sessions de formation de groupe, la semaine du handicap, . Vous contribuerez également à la préparation des communications internes et à la mise à jour de l'intranet France.
- Mise en place d'un "dictionnaire RH" : Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la synthèse de nos accords, procédures et processus RH, ainsi que dans la rédaction de la "FAQ RH".
- Gestion RH des stagiaires et alternants : Vous fournirez un soutien précieux à notre équipe en charge du recrutement des stagiaires et alternants. Cela inclura la gestion de SIRH, la mise en place des conventions de stage et de formation, l'onboarding, et le suivi de notre outil de gestion du temps.
- Dans un second temps, des missions complémentaires pourront être confiées au cours de la période d'alternance, telles que le suivi de certaines variables de paie, la participation à des projets transversaux et l'implémentation de nouveaux outils.
Profil Etudiant/e en Master RH ou équivalent.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous recherchons des candidats ayant une bonne expression orale et écrite, un esprit d'analyse développé, des capacités d'adaptation, une prise d'initiatives et un esprit débrouillard.
La rigueur et la fiabilité sont également des qualités essentielles, tout comme la curiosité et la maîtrise du pack office.
Un niveau d'anglais opérationnel est requis pour cette fonction.
Des notions en droit social seraient un atout supplémentaire.
