Sur le terrain, ça donne quoi ?

Au sein du métier Securities Services de BNP Paribas, vous évoluerez dans les équipes Private Capital Middle Office/Loan Administration dont l'objectif est d'accompagner les Sociétés de Gestion en assurant le suivi de leurs fonds de Dette Privée, Private Equity et Immobilier.

En tant qu'expert du Private Capital, vous aurez 2 missions principales, le suivi de l'actif de la dette privée et le support au contrôle financier.

Votre rôle consistera à assurer l'activité opérationnelle en collaboration avec le Hub à l'étranger.

Pour cela, vous serez en charge différentes tâches telles que la lecture de la documentation et la modélisation des titres dans les outils, le dénouement des opérations en lien avec les différentes contreparties, le maintien des positions des instruments de dettes et la réconciliation des flux.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous prendrez également en charge toutes les activités liées aux appels et à la distribution des fonds telles que les mouvements espèces, le calcul et l'enregistrement des frais, le calcul des ratios réglementaires, statutaires et fiscaux applicables aux fonds.

En relation avec les équipes comptables et dépositaires, vous assurerez les contrôles des données produites et transmises et garantirez le rapprochement des positions.

Enfin, vous veillerez à maintenir un niveau de satisfaction élevé en vous assurant que le service rendu est en adéquation avec les Standard Level Agreement (SLA) signés avec les clients.

Vous l'aurez compris, vos interlocuteurs seront nombreux, vous maintiendrez une bonne relation en externe avec les Sociétés de gestion, contreparties, agents et assurerez la coordination interne au sein de BP2S.

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Middle Office Private Capital composée de 14 personnes, et serez rattaché au responsable Middle Office Private Capital France.

Dans l'exercice de vos responsabilités, vous serez en forte interaction avec les clients, les acteurs du Private Capital en externe et en interne.

Vous serez installé dans des locaux en flex office sur le site des Grands Moulins de Pantin.

Etes-vous notre prochain Accounting and Fund Financial Controller F/H

Titulaire d'un Bac+5, vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum idéalement dans l'environnement « Private Assets ».

Votre sens de l'orientation client n'est plus à démontré, vous êtes rigoureux et faites preuve d'une bonne capacité de collaboration.

Vous savez vous adapter aux situations et avez un bon esprit de synthèse ainsi qu'une aptitude à décider.

Vous maîtrisez le pack office et votre niveau d'anglais est courant.
