We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Accor. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping and Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, preparing cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity.
- Cost Control
- Analyze project costs and expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted amounts, identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Tax & Zakat Preparation
- Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring timely payment of taxes.
- Payroll Processing
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursements and compliance with labor laws.
- Internal Controls
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets, ensuring the integrity of our financial systems.
- Audit Support
- Assist in internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Financial Analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction accounting practices.
