Nous recherchons un Lead Développeur Senior F/H/Dqui évoluera au sein du département Système d'Information et sera rattaché au Domain Manager - Cloud Dev and Automation.

Quelle sont vos missions chez bioMerieux ?

  • Guider l'équipe de développeurs travaillant sur la plateforme cloud AWS et sur la plateforme cloud BTP (SAP),
  • Collaborer avec les développeurs, architectes et représentants des clients internes pour évaluer les charges des activités de développement à effectuer,
  • Gérer les demandes de développements logiciels et attribuer les demandes techniques aux développeurs. Assigner les demandes techniques aux développeurs,
  • Suivre la qualité du code et le niveau de sécurité des développements,
  • Valider la conception et le code source des éléments développés (principalement en JavaScript, Vue.js, Node.JS et plus spécifiquement UI5 pour BTP),
  • Assurer les bonnes pratiques d'utilisation d'outils (GitHub, SonarCloud, Artifactory ) amenant vers une bonne qualité du code et une livraison facilitée,
  • Participer aux revues de code, de conception, et fournir des retours constructifs aux membres de l'équipe,
  • Planifier et contribuer aux actions d'amélioration continue.

Vos bagages :

  • Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Système d'Information ou équivalent
  • Connaissance approfondie
    • des processus de développements logiciels, notamment Devops
    • des développements en JavaScript
    • GitHub
  • Connaissance de la plateforme AWS et/ou BTP
  • Connaissance de Vue.js, Node.js, et/ou UI5 (pour BTP)
  • Utilisation de l'outil Jira
  • Expérience de résolution de problèmes
  • Expérience lead équipe technique

  • Capacité à évaluer des charges de travail en développement logiciel,
  • Souci du détail et capacité à travailler efficacement en environnement challengeant,
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement mondial et multiculturel (prévoir des échanges avec des équipes anglophones).
