IS - Test Practice Leader (H/F/NB)

bioMérieux Global Information Systems est une organisation mondiale en charge du développement informatique et de l'accompagnement de la transformation digitale.
Parallèlement à la récente transformation de son organisation, bioMérieux Global IS a mis en place un département dédié à la Gouvernance, chargé de définir le modèle opérationnel cible, les directives d'exécution et plus globalement l'organisation.

Quelle sera votre mission chez bioMérieux ?
La principale responsabilité du Test Leader est de définir, gérer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de tests des logiciels non produits de bioMérieux.
Vous vous assurez que ce que vous définissez est appliqué par les Testing Managers à niveau Global.
Vous travaillez donc en étroite collaboration avec différentes parties prenantes, y compris les gestionnaires de portefeuille IS, les chefs de projet, les analystes fonctionnels, les développeurs, les gestionnaires de releases et les équipes métiers, afin de partager la stratégie et de soutenir les équipes dans l'optimisation des tests.
Vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre de partenariats avec des fournisseurs privilégiés.
Vous favorisez un esprit d'équipe positif en créant une dynamique.
Vous dirigez et facilitez la communauté des tests.
Vous menez l'amélioration continue de la pratique et encouragez la capitalisation des expériences.
Vous contribuez à toutes les instances liées aux activités de Testing au sein de bioMérieux en représentant le domaine IS Test

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou équivalent dans le domaine de l'ingénierie (IS ou similaire)
Vous possédez une solide expérience dans le domaine des tests, y compris une implication dans des projets SI et des activités de maintenance.
Vous avez une expérience avérée dans la facilitation, la communication et la capacité à travailler de manière transversale en challengeant le statut quo.
Vous avez démontré votre capacité à communiquer, à agir avec courage, à faire preuve d'intelligence émotionnelle, à faciliter la collaboration dans l'ensemble de l'organisation et à soutenir efficacement les membres de l'équipe.
L'équipe et l'entreprise étant internationales, la maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
