Workday Advanced Compensation ConsultantContract Type: Freelance / ContractLocation: France (Hybrid, Paris)Duration: Initial 3-month contract (extensions likely)Languages: Fluent French and EnglishOverviewWe are supporting a global consultancy on a Workday engagement and are searching for an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to support the delivery of bonus and merit reviews.The consultancy is looking for an expert who can optimise existing configurations, introduce best practices, and help maximise the value of Workday Advanced Compensation.The engagement suits a delivery-focused Workday contractor who is comfortable owning Advanced Compensation workstreams within a fast-paced consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and deliver Workday Advanced CompensationSupport end-to-end compensation review cycles, including testing, execution, and issue resolutionBuild and maintain compensation plans, rules, guidelines, and matricesGather and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutionsWork closely with HR, Reward, and Finance stakeholdersAdvise on Workday best practices and optimisation opportunitiesRequired ExperienceHands-on Workday Advanced Compensation experienceProven delivery of merit and bonus review cyclesStrong configuration and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a consulting / delivery-led environment
