We're expanding our risk management team and seeking an experienced Crypto Risk Manager who can build and develop a comprehensive risk framework for a high-tech cryptofinance company with an international presence. If you're confident in navigating the world of digital assets, are skilled at managing risks in a volatile environment, and are prepared to influence strategic decision-making, we'd love to meet you Tasks:Development and improvement of a risk management system for digital asset transactionsMonitoring market, credit, operational, and liquidity risksAssessment of smart contracts, infrastructure risks, and asset storage securityImplementation of real-time analytical tools and automation of risk controlsCollaboration with the Compliance, Security, Trading, and Finance teamsPreparation of reports for top management and regulatorsIdeal candidate:Experience in risk management (crypto/fintech/IB/brokers)Understanding of blockchain technologies, DeFi, custody solutions, and margin tradingKnowledge of regulatory requirements in the digital asset sectorWhat we offer youHigh compensation:Annual income of $250,000 - $270,000additional compensation in crypto assetsBonus system:Annual performance bonus up to 35-60% of salaryInsurance:Full Health insurance (including dental and ophthalmology)family coverage available
