The France HR Lead is responsible for leading a team to provide well-rounded HR support to the country general manager to ensure the achievement of business objectives and long-term sustainability of the business through organization and culture built-up.
Job description
- Responsible for ensuring timely sufficient manpower supporting rapid business growth by leading recruiters and selecting & driving external vendors.
- Responsible for building up the HR-related mechanisms and processes (including but not limited to salary & welfare system, performance management , position & hc planning, induction & training, attendance management, etc) tailored to logistics scenarios to motivate people and manage cost.
- Responsible for partnering with the general manager to constantly strengthening core leadership team (including middle-back-office) through effective actions such as talent selection and daily coaching.
- Responsible for the implementation and enhancement of Cainiao culture to create a fighting and engaging atmosphere aiming for business success.
- Responsible for creating and implementing effective employment strategy to ensure compliance and minimize labor related risks.
Job Requirement
- College degree or above, More than 5 years of solid HRBP experience in the logistics industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiar with local labor-related laws and experiences of dealing with relevant government agencies and unions.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Diligent, mature, proactive&optimistic.
- With an entrepreneurial mindset with strong anti-stress ability.
- Solid leadership skills and strong collaboration capabilities with relevant partners.
