**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze training needs on Last mile delivery part (based on each actor needs in last mile operation)
- Create training materials (document support, test, feedback...)
- Create training planning and organize the administrative part (room location, duration, Invitation)
- Deliver and animate the training
- Evaluate and follow-up trainee and the performance of the training
- General awareness of new training methodology in the market

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Trainer, event organizer, educations
- Basic knowledge in last mile delivery operation
- Strong command of French and English language, both spoken and written.
- Advanced MS Office skills (word, PowerPoint, excel..)
- Showcase excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

**Salary**: 2,500.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month

- Bachelor's (required)
