Head of Data & Analytics (hands-on) - CDIParis (hybride, 3j sur site minimum)75K-85K€ fixe selon profil + intéressement + avantagesSTACK: Python, AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Pipelines modernes, CI/CD, tests automatisés, Environnement propre, déjà structuré (pas un chantier à reprendre from scratch)Une fintech française en forte croissance (120 collaborateurs) cherche son/sa futur(e) Head of Data & Analytics pour structurer, fiabiliser et porter la fonction data au cœur du business.LE CONTEXTE: Une stack data moderne déjà en place (AWS, Snowflake, dbt, CI/CD, tests), une équipe de 2 personnes (DBA + Data Engineer), une cinquantaine de cas d’usage en production… et maintenant un vrai besoin de leadership technique et métier. Ce n’est pas un rôle de CDO corporate. C’est un rôle leadership hands-on, proche du terrain, proche de l’équipe, proche du produit.LE RÔLE:Tu prendras la responsabilité de l’ensemble du périmètre data et analytics, avec un positionnement très opérationnel. Concrètement, tu vas:Manager et accompagner une équipe de 2 profils data (montée en autonomie, structuration, priorisation)Fiabiliser et faire évoluer la stack existante (qualité, performance, gouvernance)Être garant(e) de la compréhension des données complexes (multi-sources, multi-assureurs, fort volume de dimensions)Structurer le lignage des données et centraliser la connaissance dataTravailler en direct avec les équipes métiers pour comprendre les besoins et proposer des solutions pertinentesPrioriser les cas d’usage à forte valeur businessContribuer à des cas d’usage avancés (segmentation, personnalisation, modèles simples de ML)Rester hands-on sur les sujets clés (SQL, dbt, modélisation, architecture, revue de code)C’est un rôle clé dans la transformation data de l’entreprise.LE PROFIL: Le profil recherchéà partir de 8-10 ans d’expérience en data (analytics engineering, data engineering, analytics, BI, plateforme data…)Expérience en leadership d’équipe (tech lead, head of, manager de proximité)Très solide culture data (modélisation, qualité, architecture, gouvernance)À l’aise pour rester hands-on tout en prenant de la hauteurCapable de dialoguer avec des profils techniques comme avec des équipes métiersPragmatique, humble, collaboratifÀ l’aise dans un environnement en transformationEnvie de s’inscrire dans un projet long terme (construction, pas simple optimisation)Background fintech/finance non obligatoire, mais curiosité et appétence importantes.
