Job Summary

We are looking for a
Head of Data
to define and execute the company's data strategy within a high-volume, data-driven environment. In this role, you will lead a team of data analysts, oversee data governance, analytics, and engineering, and work cross-functionally to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring data is leveraged to drive growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of 4+ data analysts.
  • Influence data architecture and oversee data delivery for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Promote and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across all departments.
  • Collaborate with centralized Data teams to support the needs of the European business.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to define key metrics, analytics priorities, and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to monetize data and generate actionable business insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics—especially in marketing analytics (MMM, incrementality, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or data engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in data engineering architecture, data modeling, product analytics, and martech.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data insights into clear business strategies.
  • English level C1.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is a plus.
