Within the Information Systems Department of Oddo BHF Group, you will directly reporting to the Head of Business Services, your main missions will be to :
* Unify the Project Management Process,
* Support Project Implementation,
* Provide a consolidated view of all projects,
* Follow up the Portfolio Management, budget and Governance,
* Collaborate with different stakeholders to define, prioritize and develop,
* Release management,
* Management of test campaigns,
* Test environments, manage all necessary communications and test meetings, prioritize incidents.
This position combining operational and project management will allow you to develop your skills in an entrepreneurial and international context. Due to the regular activity of the department, several trips to France and Tunisia are to be expected during the year.
Au sein du Département des Systèmes d'Information du Groupe Oddo BHF, vous serez directement rattaché au Responsable des Services Métier. Vos principales missions seront de :
Unifier le processus de gestion de projet,
Soutenir la mise en uvre des projets,
Fournir une vue consolidée de tous les projets,
Assurer le suivi de la gestion de portefeuille, du budget et de la gouvernance,
Collaborer avec différents acteurs pour définir, prioriser et développer,
Gérer les releases,
Gérer les campagnes de test,
Gérer les environnements de test, organiser toutes les communications et réunions de test nécessaires, et prioriser les incidents.
Cette position, combinant gestion opérationnelle et gestion de projet, vous permettra de développer vos compétences dans un contexte entrepreneurial et international. En raison de l'activité régulière du département, plusieurs déplacements en France et en Tunisie sont à prévoir au cours de l'année
Profil : * Vous avez au moins une première expérience en gestion de projet,
* You are rigorous, dynamic, organized, autonomous, reactive, adaptable, solution-oriented and tenacious,
* You have excellent interpersonal skills, a great sense of service and enjoy working in a team,
* You know the JIRA tool as well as Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA),
* Fluent in german and english, french is a plus.
Vous êtes rigoureux, dynamique, organisé, autonome, réactif, adaptable, orienté solution et tenace. Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, un grand sens du service et appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous connaissez l'outil JIRA ainsi que Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA). Vous parlez couramment l'allemand et l'anglais, le français est un plus.

Il s'agit d'un environnement en fort développement qui donne lieu à beaucoup de projets stratégiques et structurant qui impactent les métiers (banque privée, la gestion d'actifs, la banque d'investissement).
Within the Group's IT Department (300 people), you will directly report to the Head of IT Business Services.
The headquaters is currently based in Saarbrücken (Germany).
