Client Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions – International Law Firm - ParisJe recrute un Client Relationship Manager pour rejoindre l'équipe d'un cabinet d'avocat international à Paris. A leading international business law firm advising public and private companies, financial institutions and governmental organisations is seeking a Client Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions to join its Paris office.You will work closely with Partners and Associates in Paris, as well as with international Business Development and Client teams across Europe. This is a strategic, client-facing role with strong exposure to senior Partners and international stakeholders. You will play a key role in strengthening and developing relationships with the firm’s priority clients within the Financial Institutions cluster.You will report to the Business Development Manager – Financial Institutions Cluster (based in Germany) and collaborate closely with the BD Lead for the Europe region.The role requires to be fluent in French & English with a background in an law office or a Big4 company.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and strengthen relationships with key Financial Institutions clients, in partnership with senior PartnersIdentify business development opportunities Lead and execute client account plans, including objectives tracking and reportingSupport sales cycles, including proposals, fee negotiations and panel submissionsCoordinate internal teams (Business Development, lawyers, pricing, legal & risk) around client prioritiesMonitor client financial performance and highlight key risks and opportunitiesCapture and leverage client feedback to enhance relationship qualityProfile RequiredProven experience in a similar role within an international law firm or a Big4.Educational background in Marketing, Business or a related field, with professional marketing qualifications considered a plusStrong understanding of the Financial Institutions sectorProven experience working with Partners and C-level stakeholdersStrong influencing skills, commercial acumen and a diplomatic approachFluent in French and EnglishSalary & BenefitsFixed salary up to €108,000 depending on profile and experience, paid over 13 monthsDiscretionary annual bonus25 days of annual leave + 12 RTT + birthday off + 2 days off during the Christmas periodProfit-sharing scheme1 day of remote work per week after 6 months’ seniorityMeal vouchers, transportation allowance, private healthcare (mutuelle)CSE benefits
