Pre-collection Designer – TOM FORD - CDIWe are looking for a highly versatile and creative Pre-Collection Designer to join our Woven team in Paris. The role involves working across a broad spectrum of products, with a strong emphasis on tailoring and sportswear, while remaining open and adaptable to more refined and fluid design directions, including eveningwear. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, proactive, and capable of delivering innovative and technically refined designs that align with the brand’s identity and the Artistic Director’s vision.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Woven manager, you will be responsible for: Designing and following the pre-collections within the Woven category, with emphasis on tailoring and sportswear.Contribute to the development of a diverse product range, including occasional work on more fluid and refined pieces.Ensure all designs reflect the brand’s aesthetic and meet the expectations of the Artistic Director.Propose innovative ideas both in design and construction techniques.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and quality of prototypes.Report directly to the Woven Manager and work within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.Key Requirements:3–4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably within luxury or high-end ready-to-wear.Strong versatility across product categories: tailoring, sportswear (eveningwear is a plus)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Experience with 3D design tools is a strong plus.Creative, autonomous, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.Fluent in English, French, and Italian.To Succeed in This Role: You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude and a friendly, service-oriented personality. Strong multitasking and stress-management skills are essential, along with the ability to handle emergencies smoothly.
