Are you comfortable acting as a trusted partner for managers and employees while driving HR initiatives locally and in alignment with corporate strategy?If so, we would be happy to welcome you to our dynamic team in Paris as an HR Business Partner for a 7-month temporary contract (maternity leave replacement).As our future HRBP:You act as the main HR contact for a dedicated employee population of approximately 150 employees located across several offices in FranceYou provide day-to-day support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related topicsYou advise managers on HR policies, procedures, systems, and best practicesYou are responsible for talent management activities, including performance management, career development, internal mobility, recruitment, and offboardingYou manage salary reviews, compensation topics, and succession planning in alignment with Group HR strategyYou challenge managers on organizational design, workforce planning, recruiting decisions, diversity, engagement, and development initiativesYou oversee Health & Safety topics for the local populationYou lead engagement survey actions, including analysis, action plans, and follow-upYou proactively propose HR solutions to business issues in line with Group HR and business strategiesYou lead and contribute to HR projects and HR communication initiativesYou act as a key link between Corporate HR and the French organization, fostering strong collaboration and alignmentYour profileYou hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with the availability to work a hybrid schedule from our Paris (La Défense) headquarters.You are looking for a new challenge within a young and dynamic HR team.
