As an HR Business Partner, you will join our Southern Europe HR team to take over all People related topics for our Professional Services, Engineering, Support teams based in France, Italy and Iberia. Reporting to the HR Director Southern Europe, you will partner with business leaders and our Global HRBPs to translate business goals into HR initiatives. You will ensure compliance with our HR processes and local requirements, working closely with our centers of expertise. You will also provide support to the HR Director in the employee relations field (Works Council).

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase performance and retention
- Run HR initiatives: goal setting, people review, career development plan, merit increases, etc...
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance towards conflict resolution
- Ensure our compliance with applicable local labor law and regulations
- Prepare Works Council information and consultation and update our Economic database
- Collaborate with Global and Regional HR team

**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience as an HR Generalist including employee relations
- Previous experience supporting teams in Southern Europe highly appreciated
- Curious, Self-Starter, Problem Solver and results oriented
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law in France, Italy and Spain will be a plus
- Fluent in English and French mandatory, Spanish or Italian will be a plus
- Master’s in human resources, employment laws or related field
