Clinic Expansion & Real Estate Development Conduct market research to identify high-potential sites across France and Belgium.Benchmark competitors and analyze accessibility and patient potential.Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate agents.Negotiate leases and make sure contracts are legally validated Oversee the full clinics openings process Coordinate with architects, contractors, and external partners Secure all required administrative authorizations Coordinate the legal creation of dental associations 2. Dentist Partnership Development (B2B)Proactively prospect dental practices and individual dentists for partnership opportunities.Define, present the partnership offer and lead negotiations to formalize new agreements.Maintain strong relationships with existing partners3.
