Reporting to: Country DirectorLocation: South of FranceJob Objective:We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Terminal Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operational activities of a cement production and delivery facility. The role is essential to ensuring the continuity and punctuality of cement deliveries, the smooth execution of loading and maintenance processes, and strict compliance with quality and safety standards. Acting as a key link between local operations and headquarters, the Operations Supervisor will contribute to improving efficiency, optimizing workflows, and supporting sustainable growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities and Main Duties:• Delivery Management: Plan, coordinate, and organize silo trucks to ensure timely and efficient cement deliveries to customers.• ⚙️ Operations Supervision: Oversee and manage daily cement loading operations, ensuring adherence to safety, performance, and quality requirements.• ️ Equipment Management: Monitor equipment performance, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely maintenance actions.• Investment Processes: Support the planning and implementation of operational investment projects to enhance productivity and capacity.• ✅ Quality Assurance: Supervise quality control processes and ensure that all products and operations meet established internal and external standards.• Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between headquarters and local operations, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and alignment across departments.Profile Sought:The ideal candidate will have proven experience in industrial or logistics operations, with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in the cement or construction materials sector is a significant advantage. Fluency in both French and English is required.
