Client industry:PharmaceuticalSchedule:5 days per weekPosition:MS&T EngineerLocation:RemoteStart date:ASAP, January latest beginning FebLOA:6 months On site/remote:4 days and 1 remoteLanguages:English and French a must PROJECT DESCRIPTIONOur client based in Normandy, France who manufactures several OTC products globally is looking to onboard MS&T engineers to help with product introductions to the site, namely Liquids and Capsules non aseptic. This person would preferably start mid to late January latest early February 2026.Technology Transfer: Moving processes from development to manufacturing, including gap analysis and documentation.Process Optimization: Enhancing efficiency, yield, and reliability of production steps.Scale-Up: Adapting processes for larger-scale production.Troubleshooting & Support: Investigating deviations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Validation & Qualification: Managing equipment, materials, and process validation (FAT/SAT/CQV), this person will not be responsible for equipment validation but addressing issues around equipment problems.Material Management: Technical evaluation of raw materials, excipients, and suppliers.Documentation: Authoring SOPs, protocols, reports, and supporting regulatory filings (CMC). Experience with Tablets, Capsules, Semi Solids, Ointments or Gels desiredPharmaceutical Chemical background a must, this is not a biotech requirement Process ValidationAPI Supplier Change ManagementRoot Cause, Trouble Shooting, solution orientated manufacturing engineerCritical Parameters
