Votre mission:


Dans ce rôle, vous faites partie d'une équipe multinationale de chefs de produits travaillant sur notre produit de programmation de la température pour les chauffages électriques directs en France. Vous collaborez avec les cadres et les équipes de développement pour être leader sur le marché en proposant de nouvelles innovations techniques.


Vous élaborez une stratégie de produit pour les plateformes et l'infrastructure numériques de tiko, telles que les applications mobiles pour les consommateurs, les portails pour les partenaires B2B et les dispositifs de contrôle du chauffage. Vous élaborez une analyse du parcours du client qui permettra une forte croissance du chiffre d'affaires.


Vous formulez une roadmap des produits, la validez avec les clients et les partenaires et veillez à ce que les exigences soient prises en compte dans les produits livrés. Vous assistez le lancement du produit, en veillant à la préparation du produit, du marketing, des opérations et des partenaires.


Votre profil:


  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en product management.
  • Connaissance approfondie du marché des produits numériques B2C en France.
  • Expérience réussie dans le lancement de produits B2C dans un environnement hautement concurrentiel.
  • Expérience en matière de collaboration au sein d'équipes multiculturelles sur site ou à distance.
  • Solide compréhension du développement de produits logiciels.
  • Vous avez un esprit d'initiative et de l'expérience dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
  • Solides compétences en matière de présentation et de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • De langue maternelle française, vous parlez couramment l'anglais. D'autres langues sont un atout.
  • Permis de travail valide en France ou nationalité de l’UE.


tiko, c’est une solution écocitoyenne permettant d’économiser jusqu’à 25% d’énergie de chauffage avec des radiateurs électriques existants - même les plus anciens - tout en accroissant le confort des occupants. Your responsibility:


In this role, you are part of a multi-national team of product managers working on our Room Temperature Programming product for direct electrical heaters in France. You collaborate with the executives and development teams on leading the market by delivering new technical innovations.


You build a product strategy for tiko’s digital platforms and infrastructure such as mobile apps for consumers, portals for B2B partners and heating control devices. You develop an understanding of the customer journey that will drive strong revenue growth.


You formulate a product roadmap and validate it with customers and partners and ensure the requirements are delivered in shipped product. You assist with product launch, ensuring readiness across product, marketing, operations and partners.


Your profile:


  • Minimum 5 years experience in product management.
  • Deep understanding of the market for digital B2C products in France.
  • Successful track record of launching B2C products in a highly competitive environment.
  • Experience in collaborating within multi-cultural teams in on-site/remote settings.
  • Solid understanding of software product development.
  • A self-starter with experience in a fast moving environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both in oral and written form.
  • Native French Speaker, fluent in English.
  • Valid working permit for France or EU nationality.
