The person will be fully immersed into the Shoes department, and will work alongside Development, Production, Quality and Compliance team, as well as Merchandising and Creative team.We are looking for an Industrialization Coordinator to cover a maternity leave position, with an initial term from April to August 2026. The duration of this role may be extended depending on the returning employee's absence.Industrialization & MaterialsCoordinate material specifications and technical reviews with suppliersManage color checks and production color adjustmentsFollow up on material industrialization and timelinesManage industrialization samples and documents (INDUS, fitting, pre-conformity, conformity)Control and update BOMs in collaboration with PLM and Production teamsQuality & ComplianceCoordinate quality follow-up with Quality and Compliance teamsManage quality documentation and handover meetingsDefine and follow up on quality tests with Quality teamsReview test results and alert teams in case of quality risksProfileExperience in industrialization and/or quality, ideally in fashion, luxury, leatherwoods or footwear.Strong organizational and coordination skills.
