YOUR KEY MISSION
PRODUCT CONCEPTION & DEVELOPMENT
Based on strong consumer insights and business data, the role implies the conception and development of Core & Prestige new products, working in close collaboration with many cross functional teams.
Being at the heart of the Innovation ecosystem, you will also work on projects led by other Marketing teams (Group initiatives, Limited editions developed by the Advocacy team for instance).
PROJECT COORDINATION
You will organize, coordinate and lead meetings and steps of the NPD process: define Gate meeting dates, prepare gate presentations and material, follow up with each team on the respect of timing and deliverables.
INNOVATION PROCESS
You will ensure continuous improvement of the NPD process and tools, manage the database and be the key point of contact for technical innovation information (product cloud, consumer questions, management of new product Q&A etc.)
If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply- You have a Master’s Degree- You have 1-2 years in New Product Development or Project Management- Excellence in execution, showing attention to details and aesthetics, eager to create new products. Affinity with marketing is a plus.- Strong organizational capabilities, ability to coordinate and manage several projects with many stakeholders- Excellent understanding of a process and technical aspects of a project.- Resilient to pressure and complex situations- Teamwork: natural ability to cooperate effectively with other people, with a positive attitude and a capability to put him/herself in other people’s shoes.- An energetic “hands on” doer & problem-solver, committed to work in a proactive way and with high involvement in making projects happen.- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to deal with different audiences both internal and external. Need to be analytical and able to share knowledge in a synthetic way.- Flexibility and adaptability: capacity to work in a complex environment due to the structure of the company and its location.- You speak Spanish and English fluently
