The role includes technical architecture, administration, automation, incident management, and continuous improvement for large-scale messaging environments.Responsibilities:Define technical architectures for messaging (HLD, LLD)Propose and implement technical solutions for messaging infrastructureDraft operational procedures and documentationOptimize administration and monitoring actionsMaintain infrastructure consistency, manage capacity and evolution needsManage incidents and changes, provide Level 3 support to international regionsLead change management and knowledge transferDevelop scripts for operations and automationManage and evolve address synchronization systems (100,000+ addresses)Support integration of entities and subsidiaries into the central infrastructure (50+ countries)Mandatory skills:Cisco ESA IronportSMTP routingEmail security protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, S/MIME)IISPowerShell scriptingAppreciated skills:Experience with SandBoxing methodologyExperience with large-scale messaging environmentsTechnical documentation and architectureAutomation and process improvementIncident and change managementCollaboration with international teams
