Aperçu:
L'expert Cisco Ironport & Messaging Ecosystem est responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et du support d'infrastructures de messagerie sécurisées et évolutives. Le rôle inclut l'architecture technique, l'administration, l'automatisation, la gestion des incidents et l'amélioration continue pour les environnements de messagerie à grande échelle.
Responsabilités:
- Définir les architectures techniques pour la messagerie (HLD, LLD)
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques pour l'infrastructure de messagerie
- Procédures opérationnelles et documentation provisoires
- Optimiser les actions d'administration et de surveillance
- Maintenir la cohérence des infrastructures, gérer la capacité et les besoins en évolution
- Gérer les incidents et les changements, fournir un soutien de niveau 3 aux régions internationales
- Gestion du changement des prospects et transfert de connaissances
- Développer des scripts pour les opérations et l'automatisation
- Gérer et faire évoluer les systèmes de synchronisation d'adresses adresses)
- Soutenir l'intégration des entités et filiales dans l'infrastructure centrale (50+ pays)

- Cisco ESA Ironport
- Routage SMTP
- Protocoles de sécurité des e-mails (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, S/MIME)
- IIS
- Scripts PowerShell
