Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Drive market expansion by executing a territory action plan approved by management, including product promotion through presentations, negotiations, and trials.Strengthen customer loyalty and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts.Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative business objectives, ensuring consistent growth.Develop a deep understanding of your territory, customers, and the regional environment.Manage complex sales processes across multiple product ranges within the Business Unit.Collaborate proactively with management, proposing and implementing innovative commercial strategies and approaches.Ensure best practices are applied in the use of solutions and customer engagement.Execute the organizational strategy to achieve revenue targets within your territory.Keep the CRM system updated with opportunities, contacts, events, quotes, and contracts.Implement and monitor strategic account action plans in alignment with the overall key account strategy.Actively participate in regional and national events, including trade shows, to promote products and engage with clients and prospects.Profile Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in a scientific discipline combined with commercial skills.Proven sales experience in laboratory instruments and reagents, particularly within hospital and private laboratory environments.Strong knowledge of the healthcare and laboratory ecosystem; background in microbiology or molecular biology is an advantage.Established familiarity with client networks in the region.Excellent command of sales, negotiation, and communication techniques.Strategic thinker with the ability to influence networks and decision-making processes.Professional proficiency in English.
