About the role A key player in international Haute Parfumerie and focusing on 100% Made In France production, our House is now committed to anchoring its position by consolidating its assortment and its image through strong concepts and an assertive artistic line, available in collections of exceptional fragrances and perfumed derivatives.In order to support the growth of our two brands, we are looking for a Senior Methods and Industrialization Engineer based in the operational headquarters.Key Responsibilities:Attached to the Product Development department, you will bring your packaging and process expertise to new launches, manage industrialization and continuous improvement at our subcontractors, and lead value analysis projects on existing ranges.As such, you will work closely with the Product Development, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics teams as well as our subcontractors and suppliers, and will intervene in a versatile and cross-functional manner on:Technical referent & document structuringStructure and deploy technical documentation: approval protocols, packaging specifications, component specifications, operating procedures, ensuring that they are updated and appropriated by the teamsActing as a technical coordinator within the team, disseminating the technical culture, supporting employees and developing their skills, so that they become fully autonomous in the application of standards and best practicesLead FMEAs in collaboration with the project team, identify risks and propose action plansGuarantee the technical coherence of projects and the dissemination of best practices within the Group and among subcontractorsManagement of diversification projectsManage diversification and/or relocation projects: feasibility study, technical choices, approvals, monitoring of milestones and trade-offsGuarantee industrial consistency and compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards, in interaction with operational teams, subcontractors and suppliersSupervise industrial pre-series and production start-ups: technical follow-up until industrial production rates are made more reliableIndustrialization & Continuous ImprovementSupport the launch of new products: validation of industrial viability, supervision of the definition of tools and palletizing plans, supervision of homologation tests and securing of production ratesControl the proper application of specifications, operating procedures and corrective actions (CAPA) in the event of non-conformitiesOptimize processes and flows (Lean Manufacturing, SMED, etc.) and manage continuous improvement among subcontractors to increase productivity and process controlConduct value analyses (packaging equivalences, double-sourcing, redesign-to-cost, etc.) to optimize costs, industrial performance and integrate a CSR dimensionDesired Education and Experience:Higher education bac +5 Engineer (industrial engineering, packaging or equivalent)At least 7 years' experience in methods, industrialization or packaging, preferably acquired in the cosmetics/perfumes sector or in an industry with similar industrial constraintsMastery of industrial and manufacturing processes, as well as premium packaging development and cross-functional project managementPractice of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, FMEA), value analysisCSR sensitivity and ability to integrate environmental criteria into technical decisions.Knowledge of calculation methods and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) software would be an assetFluent in English (oral and written)Mastery of the Office Pack and ideally, SAP by Design softwareYou are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy, your analytical and synthesis skills, your interpersonal skills, your leadership and your pedagogy, as well as your strong product/quality sensitivityYou know how to be proactive and agile, manage multiple projects subject to time and technical constraints, and adapt to a challenging and international environment.Regular trips to suppliers and our subcontractors are to be expected
