Poste : Aligned with company's sales strategy and processes, you will be responsible for building/developing a channel partners ecosystem, both sell-though (OEM, value-add resellers, distributors) and co-sell (Consulting, Alliances) channel partners.

As Channel Sales Manager Europe, you build value-added partnerships and develop sales as well as meeting sales associated quotas of our software products & solutions to targeted accounts.
You are responsible to identify, study & qualify priority solutions partners markets and players, propose & get approval for partner sales plan, and execute such sales plan for Europe with a clear sense of strategy, tactics, focus and pragmatism, and update it as necessary for business efficiency and in respect to company guidelines.
Your priority target partners will be targeted at positioning CryptoNext's as their PQC enabler for their products and Services in the areas of IT and OT/IoT HW/SW security key Infrastructures (such as HSM, PKI, VPN's, Blockchain, Embedded Coms, Code Signing,) and applications (IT/Cyber management, Business apps, Messaging, Signature, Proxy's,).
Priority should be given to partners that build/sell solutions for IT and OT/IoT for sectors that are expected to have priority concerns about quantum threat such as Finance, Operators of Essential Services, Critical Industries, or Government.
You define appropriate partner strategic selling tactics for each partner, build multi-level relationships to build appropriate joint business plans with clear partner sponsorship and drive as well as efficient drive CryptoNext's actions, containment of competition as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
You do contribute to the identification of new End-User opportunities to provide information to KAM teams, as well as to MARCOM and Products management teams.

En tant que Channel Sales Manager Europe, vous construisez des partenariats à valeur ajoutée et développez les ventes ainsi que l'atteinte des quotas de vente associés à nos produits et solutions logiciels pour les comptes ciblés. Vous êtes responsable d'identifier, d'étudier et de qualifier les marchés et acteurs partenaires prioritaires, de proposer et d'obtenir l'approbation pour le plan de vente partenaire, et d'exécuter ce plan de vente pour l'Europe avec un sens clair de la stratégie, des tactiques, de la focalisation et du pragmatisme, et de le mettre à jour selon les besoins pour l'efficacité des affaires et en respect des directives de l'entreprise. Vos partenaires cibles prioritaires seront ceux positionnant CryptoNext comme leur facilitateur de cryptographie post-quantique pour leurs produits et services dans les domaines de la sécurité IT et OT/IoT HW/SW (tels que HSM, PKI, VPN, Blockchain, Communications embarquées, Signature de code,) et les applications (gestion IT/cyber, applications métier, messagerie, signature, proxy,). La priorité devrait être donnée aux partenaires qui construisent/vendent des solutions pour IT et OT/IoT pour des secteurs qui devraient avoir des préoccupations prioritaires concernant la menace quantique, tels que la finance, les opérateurs de services essentiels, les industries critiques ou le gouvernement. Vous définissez des tactiques de vente stratégique appropriées pour chaque partenaire, construisez des relations multi-niveaux pour établir des plans d'affaires conjoints appropriés avec un parrainage clair des partenaires et conduisez ainsi qu'une gestion efficace des actions de CryptoNext, de la contention de la concurrence et de l'assurance de la satisfaction des clients.
Profil : With a Master degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent), you have a minimum of 10 years' experience in developing high-value partnerships with integrators/resellers/publishers.
You have a strong knowledge of B2B cryptography-based IT system security markets (HSM, VPN, PKI, Signature, IoT/Embedded systems, Messaging, Network/Cloud Security, ).
You are accustomed to addressing C-Level, Technical, Business, and Sales audiences.
You are fluent in French and English. An additional language such as German, Spanish, Italian, is a plus.
You are willing to travel in Europe.
You are currently a Channel Sales Manager, Partner Manager, Partnership Manager, Alliance Manager, Cybersecurity Business Manager or Key Account Manager in System/Hardware Architecture. You may also come from the pre-sales world if you can manage the entire sales activity (from prospecting to closing).

Diplôme de Master (école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs, ou équivalent), avec un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans le développement de partenariats à haute valeur ajoutée avec intégrateurs/revendeurs/éditeurs.
Solide connaissance des marchés de la sécurité des systèmes informatiques B2B basés sur la cryptographie (HSM, VPN, PKI, signature, systèmes embarqués/IoT, messagerie, sécurité réseau/cloud, ).
Habitué à s'adresser à des audiences de niveau C, techniques, commerciales et de vente.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Une langue supplémentaire comme l'allemand, l'espagnol, l'italien, est un plus.
Disposé à voyager en Europe.
Actuellement Channel Sales Manager, Partner Manager, Partnership Manager, Alliance Manager, Cybersecurity Business Manager ou Key Account Manager dans l'architecture système/matériel. Vous pouvez également venir du monde du pré-vente si vous pouvez gérer toute l'activité de vente (de la prospection à la conclusion).
