Our client is a leading global B2B supplement company renowned for its innovative, evidence-based, and science-driven formulations. With a focus on delivering exceptional consumer experiences, our product portfolio spans multiple delivery dosage forms and includes a disruptive platform for creating and delivering personalized, tailor-made supplements.
**Position Overview**:
The **Sales Manager - Europe** plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining business relationships with our customers. This role can be remote and the region and account assignment are TBD based on experience and existing base of relationships. This role is to primarily focus on selling Innovative Ingredients across Europe. Additional opportunities to sell the companies' extended family of product lines to be considered based on experience and qualification.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Lead Generation**:Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
**- Customer Acquisition**:Secure new accounts by planning, organizing, and executing sales strategies.
**- Account Management**: Oversee and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
**- Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
**- Presentation & Communication**: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and communicate effectively with decision-makers and other key stakeholders.
**- Market Analysis**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and the overall market landscape.
**- Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services.
**- Contract Negotiation**: Work on contracts, negotiations, and closing deals with customers.
**- Feedback Collection**: Gather and provide feedback from customers to the company for product and service improvements.
**- Reporting**:Provide weekly activity reports and monthly three-month rolling forecasts
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- **Experience**:Proven experience minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, specifically in Branded Clinically studied Dietary Supplement or Food Ingredients.
- **Skills**:Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software required by the company to perform the job.
- **Travel**:Willingness to travel up to 60-80% of the time as the job might require frequent trips to meet with clients and prospects.
