For more information, please visit www.ltimindtree.com.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a freelance JDE Project/Program Manager to lead a global upgrade project, focusing on JD Edwards system enhancements, at one of our clients based in Paris. The role demands extensive experience in large-scale ERP projects, governance, and coordination across international teams within a complex matrix organization.Location: ParisDuration: 12 months+, starting asapWork mode: Onsite in ParisMain skills: JDE Oracle; ERP Oracle; Senior leadershipKey Responsibilities and RequirementsThe Program Manager will lead the end-to-end upgrade of Oracle JD Edwards applications and tools across multiple business units and geographies, establishing governance, managing risks, budgets, and resources, coordinating teams and vendors, and ensuring minimal disruption during transitions. The position reports to the Head of CoE ERP Finance.Candidates should have over 15 years of experience leading large-scale ERP upgrade or transformation programs with Oracle in multinational companies of over 50,000 employees, strong project governance, vendor management, risk and compliance knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in professional services is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a business-driven mindset, resilient under pressure, culturally agile, and experienced in managing geographically dispersed teams.
