Oracle Program DirectorNext Ventures is currently seeking an Oracle Program Director to lead, structure, and coordinate an ongoing Oracle program for our client in Paris.The role will operate within an established governance framework, alongside an existing Deployment Director and Run Director.The successful candidate must therefore be comfortable integrating into an active program rather than initiating a greenfield project. Although the Oracle solution is deployed internationally, the majority of stakeholders and delivery teams are French-speaking.Start Date: ImmediateLocation: ParisDuration: 6/12 months + extensionsResponsibilities:Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners (integrators, vendors, stakeholders), ensuring strong program governance and reportingEnsure alignment across business, IT, deployment, and run activities throughout the program lifecycleDefine, structure, and execute the Oracle roadmap, including preparation and management of the Oracle core modelPlan and oversee multi-country Oracle deployments (France, Spain, Switzerland, and other regions)Manage the development and rollout of additional Oracle modules (PPM, CKM, Purchasing Portal), ensuring consistency with the core model and program objectivesCoordinate and manage dependencies, timelines, and risks across related initiatives such as e-invoicing and collectionsRequired Profile & ExperienceProven experience as an Oracle Program Director / Senior Program Manager on large-scale Oracle environmentsStrong experience working within ongoing, structured programs alongside existing leadership rolesSolid understanding of Oracle ERP ecosystems and multi-module deploymentsDemonstrated experience managing international deploymentsStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating in a French-speaking environment (French required; English professional level)Key CompetenciesProgram governance and complex delivery managementStrategic roadmap definitionCross-functional and cross-cultural coordinationStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a structured, multi-director setupIf you are interested, please apply or send your CV to oracleteam@next-ventures.com
