Manpower Recruitment Agency in Sophia Antipolis is seeking, on behalf of one of its clients, a bilingual English-speaking, Financial Controller (M/F) for a fixed-term contract .About the RoleThis role is ideal for a dynamic and autonomous professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, manage, and monitor monthly Group reporting; provide support to subsidiaries.Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information within your scope.Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.Implement and optimize management tools and Group procedures.Conduct audits and ensure compliance.Collect, analyze, and synthesize budgetary data; produce summary reports for Group Management.Maintain and enhance reporting tools based on management needs.Perform monthly performance analysis and variance studies; identify risks and propose corrective actions.Collaborate with the Financial Control department to standardize processes and ensure reliable monthly closings.Identify optimization opportunities to improve performance.Design dashboards and lead financial planning activities, including participation in planning meetings and budget validation sessions.Hands on day to dayaccounting,involvement in payrollbankscustomersinvoicing,fixed assetschargesAnalysis of balance and account justifications.Reporting statementsProduction of mandatory accountancy and analytic documents.Required Skills & CompetenciesFluent in written and spoken English.Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).Familiarity with US GAAP.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Education & ExperienceHigher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 5 years of successful experience in management control.Expertise in cost accounting, profitability analysis, and variance analysis.Understanding of valuation techniques and budgeting/reporting tools.Salary based on profile and experience
