**About the role**

To support our continued growth in the EMEA region, we are looking for a Client Services Associate to join our team in Sophia Antipolis. You will be part of the Client Services team, being the main point of contact between the engineering/product and client focused teams. This role will be multi-faceted and you will have the opportunity to develop and carve out areas of expertise over time.

**You will**

Support clients through
- Answering and follow up on issues raised by clients.
- Development of training scripts / videos and live help for clients.
- Creation of product / knowledge article documentation.
- Collection and structuring feedback from clients.
- New feature testing.

Support operational processes through
- Daily platform user management administration.
- Analysis of user journey on the platform.
- Analysis of platform activities and logs.
- Platform Incident Management support.
- Contributing to automating and optimizing operational processes.

Support data management processes through
- Data validation and quality controls
- Data maintenance and enhancement
- Contributing to improving and automating data management processes.

Support analytics product development through
- Platform health check monitoring.
- New release quality assurance testing.

**What we look for**:
This role is open to recent graduates with 2-3 years working experience in a client facing role.

Must haves:

- Ability to listen, learn quickly and proactive.
- Collaborative personality with ability to work independently in an organized way, with strong self-starter characteristics
- Strong work ethics, attention to details and ability to respect deadlines
- High level of numeracy and some experience with data handling and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of MS office in particular MS Excel and Power BI.
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

- Basic SQL/Python coding ability would be highly valued.
- Interest in the financial services industry with some knowledge and understanding of corporate finance / financial markets
- University degree and English language fluency
- Internships or work experience in a similar role would be favourable but not critical
