The objective of this role is to plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor the relocation and deployment of IT infrastructure from a single site to two target data center locations, ensuring minimal impact on production applications. The role covers activities from initial planning through Manufacturing Execution Plan (MEP).Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & PreparationDefine, maintain, and manage the infrastructure deployment and relocation schedulePlan infrastructure deployments and relocations through MEPReserve and coordinate technical and human resourcesManage data center urbanization in collaboration with architects (racking, cabling, layout)Prepare and maintain all technical and project documentationExecution & MonitoringCoordinate and monitor infrastructure audits (hardware, financial, cabling)Track equipment orders, deliveries, and installationsMonitor deployment progress through weekly and monthly status meetingsMonitor relocation activities via dedicated progress meetingsEnsure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standardsDeliverables ManagementTrack, update, and maintain all project deliverables, including:DAGDITDEXDATRacking plansCabling schedulesResource & Provider ManagementManage internal and external project resourcesCoordinate and oversee service providers, including:Hosting providersManaged services providersNetwork carriersPackaging and logistics partnersGovernance & ReportingLead project governance and reporting to internal managementIdentify, monitor, and manage project risksPropose and implement risk mitigation plansEnsure compliance with internal standards and best practicesRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong experience in infrastructure migration and relocation projectsProven expertise with HPE and Hitachi infrastructure equipmentSolid understanding of data center operations (racking, cabling, power, cooling)Experience working in production environmentsKnowledge of network, server, and storage infrastructureProject Management SkillsEnd-to-end project planning and executionResource planning and coordinationVendor and service provider managementRisk management and mitigationStrong documentation and reporting skillsProfessional & Soft SkillsAbility to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teamsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to perform under high-pressure and time-sensitive environmentsProblem-solving and decision-making mindset
