**The company** Agriodor** is an innovative, impact-driven, and multi-award-winning SME founded in 2019, based on research into the relationship between crop pest insects and plants.

After an initial phase of laboratory and field development, the company patented its first solutions based on **Kairomones** and **Allomones**, which significantly reduce the use of phytosanitary products in crops — a major benefit for biodiversity. Agriodor is the **first company worldwide** to design this type of solution.

This rapid progress enabled the company to **raise funds** and earn the **French Tech 2030 label**.

With **two distribution contracts already signed**, Agriodor is now experiencing strong project acceleration. At the heart of this growth is the **expansion of target insects and crops**, including beet, potato, fruit trees (stone fruits, apple trees), berries, tropical fruits, and soon maize, soybean, and cotton.

To support the development of new biocontrol solutions, the company is seeking an **Agronomist - Field Deployment** to manage the operational coordination of large-scale crop deployment projects. The recruited person will also be responsible for **optimizing data management and analysis processes** within the deployment department.

We’re Hiring: Head of Innovation & Project Portfolio - Rennes (Hybrid)

Agriodor is looking for a highly experienced Head of Innovation and Project Portfolio to lead and coordinate our deeptech project portfolio.

Positioned at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and execution, this role is critical to driving our innovation agenda forward—ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing resources, and delivering excellence through structured governance.

️ Key Responsibilities
- Define and roll out project management methodologies, tools, and training
- Lead portfolio planning, coordination, and optimize resource allocation
- Monitor project execution with KPIs, dashboards, and risk mitigation plans
- Ensure alignment with company strategy and optimize cross-project interdependencies
- Support governance structures (steering committees, compliance, reporting)
- Identify financing and partnership opportunities
- Continuously improve project delivery and Project Management performance

**Profile required**

Your Profile
Master’s degree in Engineering or Science (Agronomy, Lifes sciences)
10+ years of experience in project management (deeptech a strong asset). An experience in the Agri Business or life science Sector is a serious plus
Experience working in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments
Skilled in PM tools, Agile/hybrid methodologies, and data reporting (Excel, Power BI)
Familiar with PLM and TRLs (a plus)
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Structured, autonomous, communicative, and aligned with Agriodor’s values: Respect, Integrity, Agility, Pragmatism

Location: Rennes (35), France - Hybrid (min. 2 days/week on site)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent - 218 days/year + time savings account
Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + bonus (based on experience)
