Then join our teamArea Sales Manager France (m/f/d)Responsibilities:Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers in FranceSystematically acquiring new customers through your own networks and targeted acquisitionPreparing and conducting sales talks and product presentationsParticipating in trade fairs and events in France, and internationally if necessary, and following up on contacts professionallyAnalysing the market, competitors and customers to identify new opportunities and trendsPreparing quotations in consultation with the engineering/service department and following up until conclusionMaintaining the CRM system (leads, opportunities and forecasts) and providing regular reports to the sales management teamCooperating with internal departments (engineering, after-sales and marketing) to develop customer-specific solutionsSupporting the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns for FranceProfile:Several years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in mechanical engineering/industrial goodsExisting network of potential customersProven success in new customer acquisition, account development and deal closingLanguage skills: - French at native speaker levelVery good EnglishGerman an advantageStrong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a confident negotiating style.Structured and independent working style, with a willingness to travel extensively within FranceConfident use of CRM systems and MS OfficeData-based approach (pipeline/KPI management)Team player with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in an understandable wayWe look forward to receiving your complete and informative application - stating your salary expectations and earliest possible starting date - via email (personal@somic.de).
