L'une des deux divisions du groupe Lagardère, Lagardère Travel Retail répond aux besoins des passagers et des concédants de façon holistique à travers un réseau de plus de 5 000 points de vente Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Fashion et Foodservice. Le groupe a établi une feuille de route RSE ambitieuse, nommée PEPS (Planet.Ethics.People.Social), afin de contribuer à la construction d’une industrie plus durable. En 2023, Lagardère Travel Retail a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 6.6 milliards d'euros.



Au sein du département Reporting Tower, dynamique et nouvellement créé, vous serez garant.e de l’administration de l’outil de reporting Groupe (Planning Analytics / TM1) ; vous concevrez et diffuserez les reporting financiers tout en contrôlant la qualité des données remontées par les filiales.

De part cette position, vous serez également amené.e à travailler sur la convergence des Reportings Financiers du Groupe ainsi qu’à l’évolution des outils de reporting.


A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :


Administration technique :

  • Gestion des paramétrages et de la sécurité (utilisateur.rice.s, droits d’accès).
  • Aide à la mise en place de l’outil au sein des filiales.
  • Aide à l’interfaçage entre les applications locales et l’application centrale.


Administration fonctionnelle :

  • Maintien des référentiels analytiques (nouvelles marques, nouveaux aéroports, nouvelles devises…).
  • Mise à disposition d’états de restitution via l’application web de planning analytics pour les filiales, les contrôleurs de gestion, les membres du Comex, etc.
  • Maintenance et évolution des états d’analyse existants.
  • Support et formation des utilisateur.rice.s (filiales, contrôleur.se.s de gestion…).


L’administration/maintenance fonctionnelle se fait avec l’assistance d’un prestataire externe.


Data Management :

  • Contrôle de la qualité des données du reporting opérationnel en liaison avec la consolidation et les contrôleur.se.s de gestion.
  • Etablissement, mise à jour et diffusion du référentiel de procédures.
  • Formation, information et accompagnement des filiales.
  • Promotion de la culture data auprès des filiales.


Evolution du reporting :

  • Conception d’états de reportings à l’attention des opérationnels en filiales ainsi que des équipes du siège de la branche, pour rendre le pilotage de l’activité plus efficace.
  • Conception et mise en oeuvre de nouveaux états pour les reportings (clôtures mensuelles, budget, estimés) à l’attention du groupe.
  • Maintenance et évolution des rapports existants.
  • Assistance aux équipes locales et résolution des difficultés qu’elles rencontrent.


Gestion de projets d’évolution de l’outil :

  • Définition et recueil des besoins (y compris organisation d’ateliers d’analyse avec toutes les parties prenantes).
  • Conduite de projets
  • Supervision des développements techniques et du recettage des évolutions.


Convergence et évolution des Reporting :

  • Construction et mise à jour de la cartographie des flux et des outils, en lien avec les équipes SI et les différentes entités du Groupe.
  • Conception et mise en œuvre de nouveaux états pour les reportings à l’attention du Groupe.
  • Contrôle de la qualité des données entre les différents outils de reporting.


Profil :


Diplômé.e d'école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs (ou équivalent universitaire) vous justifiez d’une expérience de 7 ans minimum liée aux systèmes financiers et à la Business Intelligence.

D’excellentes compétences en finance et en systèmes d’information sont requises.


Savoir-faire :

  • Anglais courant aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) ou autre outil de planification et de reporting
  • Une connaissance de Power BI serait un plus
  • Une maîtrise de l’analyse de donnée et une agilité d’utilisation des outils de BI
  • Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Compréhension des problématiques métiers afin d’orienter les solutions techniques
  • Capacité d’identifier, de rechercher des solutions et de résoudre des problèmes complexes
  • Gestion de projet
