Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial department, ensuring the establishment and execution of effective procedures to maintain the integrity of financial data;
  • Generate monthly income statements, balance sheets, and financial analysis reports;
  • Create and track financial and operational KPIs, pinpointing areas for enhancement and optimization;
  • Responsible for nurturing employee development to elevate the talent pool within the organization;
  • Formulate and manage annual budgets and overall company financial plans;
  • Compile detailed economic reports for the corporate headquarters;
  • Assess the finance division, supervise internal audits, cost accounting, and budget management;
  • Coordinate monthly and yearly financial closings;
  • Direct internal controls for financial reporting and management functions;
  • Ensure adherence to all requirements related to the annual external audit;
  • Manage general ledger operations and allocate resources across various corporate divisions;
  • Implement ongoing improvement initiatives for a more streamlined organization;

Ideal Profile

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • At least 10 years of experience in business roles with a proven record of escalating responsibilities in the industry;
  • Certified Accountant designation is mandatory;
  • Outstanding leadership skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficient in computer applications;
  • Thorough understanding of national tax and accounting regulations;
  • Extensive knowledge of international accounting standards;
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies;
  • Practical experience with Health and Safety protocols;
  • Knowledge of quality management systems.
