Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for the consumer goods industry? Do you have a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies? If so, Groupe Lemoine invites you to join our team as Sales Manager for South and Western Europe


As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in France and Benelux. You will lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets in South and Western Europe.
  • Define long-term objectives (turnover, market share, etc.) and implement execution plans to achieve strategic goals.
  • Propose, manage, and monitor sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide operational management of key customers and/or markets.
  • France and Benelux direct management.


Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of KAMs.
  • Contribute to the development of the sales team's knowledge and expertise.
  • Search for operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and possible improvements in internal processes.
  • Identify and develop the potential of team members to enable professional growth.


Business Intelligence:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the external environment (competition, brands, markets, retailers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with other departments and provide support to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Feed the Category team with "bottom-up" learnings from the field.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Private label knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of the retail landscape and consumer trends in France and Benelux.
  • Fluency in French, English is essential.
