ABOUT THE JOB
We’re seeking an Influencer Manager to spearhead Byredo’s influencer engagement initiatives, reporting directly to our Communications Director. As a rapidly growing brand, we recognize the need to enhance our Communications team with a dynamic expert in influencer relations, talent/VIP management, and community engagement. Your role will focus on developing and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies that elevate our brand visibility, drive significant sales, and cultivate strong community connections across both global and digital platforms.
As the driving force behind our influencer collaborations, you’ll be responsible for identifying influential voices that resonate with our luxury audience, managing campaign lifecycles, and analyzing their effectiveness. Collaboration will be key: you’ll work closely with the Communications team—Events, PR, and Social Media—as well as departments like Marketing and Finance, and global teams. Additionally, you’ll partner with external agencies, including talent, VIP, and PR firms, to achieve our objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
General Key Missions
- You will lead and oversee all global influencer marketing initiatives for our brand delivering against strategy and objectives and ensuring high ROI.
- Together with the Communications Director, you will establish the overall Byredo community strateg.
- You will research and compile influencers proposals and negotiate influencer agreements in cooperation with talent agencies and legal.
- You will manage campaign roll-out and storytelling on influencers’ channels, taking into account cadence and audience for each project and ensuring high quality content creation.
- You will oversee and develop structure and protocol for seasonal gifting, pre-orders, product seeding, influencer store visits and product pulls.
- You will stay on top of industry trends to cast emerging creators for Instagram and Tik Tok platforms as well as coordinating with local teams across the globe.
- You will build and maintain professional relationships with influencers, agency partners, stylists and editorial partners.
Talent/VIP
- You will create and regularly update the Byredo VIP database.
- You will research and present talent targets/proposals for future projects.
- You will monitor VIP coverage in media and filing imagery/tracking data.
- You will oversee researching and updating the cultural calendar with upcoming events and opportunities.
- You will ensure the company visibility at key industry events.
- You will create and nurture key strategic relationships (celebrities, agents, stylists.) across the entertainment industry in top markets (Los Angeles, NYC, Paris, London, Tokyo, etc.).
- You will be responsible for creating and ensuring positive and memorable guest experiences for VIP profiles.
- You will manage the budget for VIP activities.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO
- You have a proven experience in the influencer marketing field of at least 4 years, ideally in the luxury sector (Fashion and/or Fragrances).
- You have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, particularly within social media (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok.
- You garnered a deep background knowledge of the beauty and fashion industry and market environment and strong fashion sense and awareness of popular culture.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- You are recognized for your excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in English with proficiency in French. Any additional language is a plus.
