A new opportunity is available for an experienced Global Mobility Consulting & Advisory Specialist to join our client’s team in Paris.
The Consulting & Advisory Specialist will be experts in the advisory field of International mobility, such as taxation, remuneration, and social security.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage the relocation process for international assignees, providing advice and support to the client contacts and the assignee through the process
- Be the main point of contact for relocating assignees and their families for all global mobility and assignment management needs
- Provide HR and managers with guidance on the conditions of short-term and long-term missions abroad, including taxation, medical coverage, immigration, and retirement implications, in accordance with the company's Mobility policy and social and tax regulations
- Ensure that all service providers associated with mobility are coordinated, including those responsible for invoicing, monitoring, and quotes
- Arrange for the coordination of all service providers that are involved in mobility, including invoicing, monitoring, and quotes
- Keep updated on legal, social or tax news in France and other countries
Experience required:
- Fluency in English & French
- Previous experience within relocation, global mobility and international assignment services sector, ideally experience in Big 4 or consulting firm providing international mobility advisory services
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
