Je recrute un(e) Team Leader SEA pour une agence de marketing à la performance, leader sur son marché.


Elle réunit des experts en statistiques, technologie, média et data pour créer des campagnes digitales efficaces et 100% sur-mesure


Basée en plein centre de Paris, et avec des bureaux dans le monde entier, vous aurez l’opportunité de collaborer avec des clients prestigieux : Airfrance, Fnac, Kering pour ne citer qu’eux.


En tant que Team Leader SEA, vous serez responsable de la gestion et du développement d’une équipe de consultants SEA. Vous aurez l’opportunité d’accompagner vos clients dans l’élaboration de leurs stratégies marketing, tout en veillant à l’optimisation et au pilotage continu de leurs campagnes. Vous serez également un(e) référent(e) clé pour leurs clients.


Missions :


  • Gestion et déploiement des campagnes SEA et Display (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Criteo, Amazon, SA360,)
  • Elaboration des recommandations pour optimiser le tunnel de conversion des sites et mise en place de plan d’action destiné à optimiser le coût d’acquisition prospect des campagnes
  • Production et analyse de rapports de performance
  • Manager une équipe de consultants SEA (4 à 8 personnes)



Vous êtes le candidat idéal si :


  • Vous avez au moins 4 ans d’expérience en agence en tant que consultant SEA
  • Vous avez une première expérience en tant que chef(fe) d'équipe
  • Vous maîtrisez : Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon, SA360, Excel, Powerpoint …
  • Vous êtes quelqu’un de méticuleux, organisé et rigoureux
